Deer Lake Veterans Fishing Services Inc was founded by a disabled veteran with the goal to take as many disabled veterans open water fishing as possible. We are located in Tomahawk, WI on the Nokomis chain. We want all veterans, disabled or not, to have the same opportunities as everyone else. We also want all veterans to know that they have not been forgotten, nor have they been pushed to the back of the line. All veterans have served this great nation, and it is time we show our gratitude towards them. That is why we have started this organization, at no cost to veterans, to be able go out on the open water and catch as many fish as possible. Our chain has some of the best walleye, northern pike, and pan fishing in the area, and we want to try to get you on them so you can enjoy it as we do. Fishing licenses are not required. Gear and bait will be provided, but if you have specific tackle or gear you would like to use, feel free to bring it along.
